What does the 'or similar' note next to vehicle models mean?
We maintain multiple vehicles within each fleet class. When you request a specific model (such as an S-Class or Maybach), that exact model is confirmed for you; when you book a general vehicle class, a model of equivalent tier within that class is assigned.
How many large suitcases fit inside a sedan trunk?
Business, First, and Ultra-Luxury sedans comfortably accommodate 2 large check-in suitcases plus cabin hand luggage. For 3 or more large suitcases, we recommend booking a Premium SUV or V-Class minivan.
Is smoking permitted inside the vehicles?
To ensure every passenger enjoys a fresh, odor-free cabin, smoking and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles. Your chauffeur will gladly pull over whenever you wish to take a short break.
